BANANA CAKE
Ingredients :
1. Pour 500g Banana Cake premix
2. Mash 4 bananas in a bowl
3. Add in 175ml olive oil
4. Crack 6 eggs
Recipe :
1. High speed mix banana mix and eggs for 10 mins, mid speed add in banana mass and mix for 5 mins.
2. Low speed add in oil. Preheat at 180 °C and bake for 30 - 45 mins.
